Abstract

Изобретение относитс к машиностроению и позвол ет повысить надежность в работе и улучшить услови эксплуатации питател . Питатель имеетлоток(Л) 1 сопорной поверхностью, выполненной с продольным пазом, конвейер в виде ведущей и ведомой звездочек 6 и 7 и огибающего их т гового органа (ТО) 4. Последний расположен в продольном пазу Л 1. По всей длине конвейера расположены сплошные направл ющие планки дл ТО 4. На звездочке 7 установлены плавающие ползуны. Над конвейером установлена ограничительна планка (П) 17, а над ней установлен датчик 21 выключени конвейера. Изделие подаетс на ТО 4 и перемещаетс по Л 1 за счет его наклона и перемещени ТО 4. При накоплении трех и более изделий в Л 1 они останавливаютс . При этом за счет вращени изделий от ТО 4 и взаимодействи их одно с другим начинаетс выталкивание изделий вверх. Изделие воздействует на П 17, поднима сь и контактиру с датчиком, который останавливает конвейер/После ухода переднего издели все издели перемещаютс к концу Л 1, а подн тое изделие опускаетс . При этом опускаетс П 17, отход от датчика 21, и включаетс конвейер. 5 ил.
