Abstract

Изобретение относитс к сборочному производству, позвол ет повысить надежность за счет исключени заклинивани загружаемых деталей в питател х, повысить производительность за счет выполнени водила двухсторонним, а также расширить технологические возможности за счет сборки .деталей различной толщины. После за- грузки в сборочное гнездо корпуса собираемого издели валу 7 сообщаетс непрерывное вращение. По сигналу системы управлени фиксатор 15 опускаетс и шибер 13 подает собираемую деталь из магазина 16 в паз 3. Водило 9 своим толкателем 17 перемещает деталь по пазу 3 до отверсти , в которое деталь западает. При этом собираема деталь опираетс на заслонку. При дальнейшем повороте водила 9 устанавливающим элементом деталь и заслонка опускаютс в корпусе собираемого издели на величину, равную толщине собранной де- s тали.
