Abstract
Изобретение относитс к черной металлургии , а именно к устройствам дл бескоксового получени металла в шахтных печах. Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности процесса плавки за счет повышени равномерности хода печи и увеличени использовани энергии гор чих газов путем подачи их вглубь столба материалов в горне . Шахтна печь дл бескоксового получени металла содержит соединенные через горловину 2 шахту 1 и горн 3, снабженный металлоприемником, вво дзми 7 и выводами 8гор чих газов и имеющий сводйвую 6 к цилиндрическую 4 части. Сводова часть горна образует свободный объем относительно усеченного конуса с углом раскрыти 90 - 140б и малым основанием, совпадающим с низом горловины. Кроме того , между сводовой и цилиндрической ас- т ми горна выполнена средн часть 5 в виде усеченного конуса с углом раскрыти 90 - 140°, малое основание которого соединено со сводовой, большое - с цилиндрической част ми, причем вводы гор чего газа выполнены а средней, выводы - в сводовой част х горна, а в местах соединени сводовой и средней частей подсоединены вводы 9холодного газа.
