The invention relates to medicine, namely to hemocoagulation, and can be used to assess the functional status of platelets.
The aim of the invention is to increase the sensitivity of the method by using as an inducer in determining the aggregation activity of platelets fibrin monomer.
The method is carried out as follows.
Blood was taken with a low-impact, short needle with a wide lumen. A 1 mg stabilizer (3.8% sodium citrate solution) is poured into a siliconized tube, blood is drawn up to the 10 ml mark, and mixed with a stabilizer by gentle shaking. .2 OPN-8 (blood of patients with hematocrit over 0.55 l / l for 10 minutes at 1,500 rpm). Platelet-poor plasma is obtained by centrifuging platelet-rich plasma at 3000 rpm for 20 minutes in the same centrifuge.
Fibrin-monomer get by a known method.
тромбоцитов в 1 мм3 больного и здорового (контроль), помещают в вод ную баню на 30 с при 37°С, добавл ют по 0,05 мл растворимого фибрин- мономера и замер ют при покачивании пробирок врем по влени первых агрегатов (врем агрегации) тромбоцитов в плазме больного и здорового человека (контроль).A platelet-rich plasma of a sick and healthy person is taken (control), the platelet count per mm of each plasma is determined and the platelet count is made up to 150 thousand per mm3, using this plasma for its own poor platelet count. Then, 0.25 ml of plasma containing 150 thousand platelets per mm3 patient and healthy (control) are taken into glass tubes, placed in a water bath for 30 seconds at 37 ° C, 0.05 ml of soluble fibrin is added - monomer and measure when the tubes are rotated the time of appearance of the first aggregates (aggregation time) of platelets in the plasma of a sick and healthy person (control).
When accelerating the aggregation time in the patient's plasma compared with the control result is regarded as hyperagregation, and when the aggregation time lengthens
