Abstract
« ЁThe invention relates to medicine, in particular to prosthetics and rehabilitation of patients and the disabled. The purpose of the invention is to approximate movement in the hip joint to the natural one. The method consists in the sequential operation of two angles from the synchronization sensors, one of which, installed in the region of the knee joint, starts and the second in the region of the ankle joint disables the ESM program. The ESM program is turned off using a synchronization sensor installed in the hip joint area and triggered at a value of (-5 °) hip angle in the extension phase of the stimulating limb. 3 il. “Yo
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to the rehabilitation of the sick and disabled.
The purpose of the invention is to approximate movement in the hip joint to the natural one.
При этом отключение временной программы осуществл етс с помощью датчика , установленного в области тазобедренного сустава и срабатывающего при значении (-5°С) тазобедренного угла в фазу разгибани .The essence of the method is to synchronize the muscle electrostimulation program. At the same time, the time program is switched off using a sensor installed in the hip joint area and triggered at the value of (-5 ° C) of the hip angle in the extension phase.
З - графики изменени коэффициента уровн синхронизации от темпа ходьбы: теоретическа 1; экспериментальна 2 характеристики .Figures 1 and 2 show graphs of changes in the hip and knee angles of the stimulated extremity for the walking cycle and the subgrams for four rates (100, 85, 75 and 65 steps / min), above the subgrams the dashed line shows the duration of the electron counting machine (ECM) , and the beginning and end of the ESM program as a percentage of the cycle duration; Fig. 3 — graphs of the change in the synchronization level coefficient from the walking pace: theoretical 1; Experimental 2 characteristics.
An example (clinical).
The method of synchronization of the ESM time program with angular movements in the joints (hinges) of the extremities was verified by walking the disabled P-v on the hip prosthesis for three rates (55, 80 and 90 steps / min) at the installation angles of the synchronization sensors: 30 ° КУ and 5 °) TBU in extension phases. From the results of the research, the coefficient of the synchronization level was obtained, which is the ratio of the duration of the ESM program in the reference phase to the duration of the reference phase.
