Abstract

FIELD: radio electronics. SUBSTANCE: test plate that has dielectric substrate with deposited resistance units of rectangular shape and contact pads is provided in addition with asymmetric microstrip transmission line built up of metal layer applied to screen side of substrate and conductor contacting resistance units. The latter are essentially cells whose geometry is selected proceeding from assumption that input resistance at input and output of each cell equals characteristic impedance of asymmetric transmission line. EFFECT: improved measurement accuracy in determining surface resistivity. 1 dwg
