Abstract

Изобретение относитс к станкостроению и может быть использовано в инструментальных магазинах дл креплени держателей инструмента, примен емых преимущественно в многоцелевых станках с автоматической сменой инструмента. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение надежности работы устройства дл креплени держател инструмента. Устройство содержит втулку с коническим отверстием под хвостовик держател , закрепл емую в инструментальном магазине. На заднем торце втулки закреплен корпус 5 с двум глухими гладкими отверсти ми 6. В отверсти х установлены фиксаторы 7, подпружиненные относительно корпуса пружинами 8. На фиксаторах выполнены конические поверхности 9, углублени 11 и лыски 12. Штифты 14, взаимодейству с лысками 12, удерживают фиксаторы в определенном положении, а также ограничивают их перемещение под действием пружин 8. Дл креплени держател фиксаторы устанавливаютс в корпус Хвостовик держател вводитс во втулку. После сн ти усили с фиксаторов они перемещаютс в обратном направлении и своими коническими поверхност ми 9 взаимодействуют с конической поверхностью на пальце 10.
