п.The invention relates to a measuring technique and can be used in the automated analysis of the position of parts in space, determining the direction and speed of their movement, the end of processing, etc.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity and accuracy of determination by eliminating the error in determining the maximum of the diffraction component of the pattern of reflected light scattering.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an apparatus for determining the direction of processing marks on the surface of parts; in fig. 2 - screen design with a transparent part in the form of a sector; Fig. 3 shows a diagram of the method for determining the processing direction, as well as the parameters that characterize this direction.
4.The device contains a laser 1 mounted on the housing 2, a photomultiplier (PMT) 3, coaxially with which disks 4 are installed in series with two diametrically opposite slits 5 and 6, equipped with a rotational drive 7 and a position angle sensor 8, and a screen 9 transparent sector 10 and the reflector 11, mounted on the screen 9 in the center from the outside. The reflector 11 is optically coupled through the auxiliary prism 12 to the laser 1. The PMT 3 is installed in the housing 2 and electrically connected to the amplifier 13, the output of which, in turn, is connected to the input of the recording unit 14. The surface 15 is perpendicular to the axis of the disk 4.
The device works as follows.
При вращении диска 4 приводом 7 происходит периодическое совпадение (дважды заDuring operation, the laser beam 1 through the auxiliary prism 12 and the reflector 11 hits the surface under study 15. In this case, a trace appears on screen 9 from the beam diffraction on the tracks from the processing of the surface under study 15. The light from the diffraction is a band symmetrical about the axis of rotation of the disk 4 The diffraction component of the pattern of diffused reflected light passes through the transparent sector 10 of screen 9 onto the disk 4. When the disk 4 is driven by the actuator 7, a periodic coincidence occurs (twice
В этот момент ФЭУ 3 регистрирует максимум излучени и через усилитель 13 выдает сигнал на регистрирующий блок 14, в который одновременно с этимone turn) of the slit with a diffraction pattern. At this moment, the PMT 3 registers the radiation maximum and, through the amplifier 13, outputs a signal to the recording unit 14, at which simultaneously
Sensor 8 converts the electrical signal to an angular value relative to the received coordinate system. So, if p is the angle between the diffraction plane A-A of the surface 15 and the X axis, then the angle y will determine the processing direction (Fig. 3). To increase the scan area, the diameter of the photocathode of the PMT 3 is chosen equal to the diameter of the disk 4. The disk 4 with two narrow slits makes it possible to interrogate the entire transparent part of the screen 9 continuously, because when operating in automatic mode, the picture of the surface being surveyed on the screen 9 is all
The use of a PMT 3 in combination with disk 4 makes it possible to determine the processing traces with respect to the device’s coordinate system.
