Предлагаема машина .состоит из станины 1, на которой на вертикальной оси 2 (фиг. 1 и 2) установлен диск 3 с парными вилками 4-4. Между этими вилками имеютс коленчатые рычаги 5-5, вращающиес на оси 17 (фиг. 3), при чем нижний конец 5 рычага 5 проходит в отверстие на диске. Кроме того, на станине 1 в плоскости положени конца 5 рычага 5 установлен ролик 6, на нижней плоскости диска 3 имеетс пружинный крючок 7, а на стороне станины , противоположной ролику б,имеетс штифт 8. Близ диска, по двум его противоположным сторонам, на ос х 9-9 расположены барабаны 10-10, имеющие форму усеченного конуса с крюкообразными зубь ми 11-11 на его боковой поверхности , приводимые во вращение от двигател при помощи ремн 12, вращающего систему передаточных шкивов 1313 таким образом, чтобы барабан 10 вращалс в одну сторону, а барабан 10 в другую. Диск 3 приводитс в действие при помощи вала 14 с коническими шестерн ми, вращаемыми шестерней 15, закрепленной на оси шкива 13.
