Рабочей частью машины вл ютс четыре вращающихс диска 2-2, установленные на валах 9-9. Диски по ободу снабжены иглами 4 и расположены попарно в вертикальных плоскост х, взаимно пересекающих друг друга под пр мым углом. При виде сверху между дисками образован ободь ми их вертикальный канал 5, касательный к окружности всех дисков. Диски привод тс во вращение друг другу навстречу помощью цепной, зубчатой или ременной передачи от ручного привода. Над каналом 5 расположен ковщ с вертикальным трубчатым рукавом (на чертеже не показанный) дл направлени плодов в канал дл их накалывани . С целью накалывани плодов разных диаметров, один из дисков каждой пары монтирован на рамке 8, шарнирно подвешенной верхним концом к раме машины. Нижний конец этих рамок находитс под воздействием спиральных пружин 13. При пропуске плодов большого диаметра рамки с монтированными на них дисками отклон ютс , увеличива канал 5. С целью сбрасывани плодов, наколотых на иглы дисков, применены планки 14, установленные касательно к окружности дисков.The working part of the machine is four rotating discs 2-2 mounted on shafts 9-9.
