Abstract
Изобретение относитс к машиностроению и может быть использовано дл гашени в гидравлических системах пульсаций давлени среды и гидравлических ударов. Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности гашени колебаний давлени . При работе гасител поток рабочей среды, например пульпы, подаетс центробежным насосом 2 по магистрали 1 в корпус 4. при этом происходит закручивание струи по винтовой траектории за счет выполнени подвод щего патрубка 6 тангенциально к корпусу 4 и под углом к днищу 5. Затем поток поступает в коническую часть корпуса 4 и попадает на неподвижно закрепленное шнековое колесо 8 с втулкой 10 и лопатками 9 переменного шага и далее к отвод щему патрубку 7 и плунжерному насосу 3. Имеющиес в потоке рабочей среды колебани давлени гас тс за счет взаимодействи с элементами конструкции гасител , а именно корпуса 4, колеса 8, установленного с зазором относительно патрубка 7, лопаток 9, втулки 10 и пониженной плотностью закрученного потока по радиусу корпуса 4, что обеспечивает повышение эффективности гашени пульсаций давлени рабочей среды . 2 ил.
