Изобретение относитс к насосо- строению и может быть использовано в насосах, используемых в химической, нефт ной и других отрасл х промышленности .5The invention relates to pump construction and can be used in pumps used in the chemical, petroleum and other industries .5
The purpose of the invention is to reduce vibrations in the pump and to improve anti-cancer qualities.

3 - вариант выполнени насоса с лопастью и канавкой .in fig. one; in fig. 3 shows an embodiment of a pump with a blade and a groove.
The centrifugal pump comprises a housing 1 with an inlet nozzle 2, an impeller 3 installed therein and helical blades 4, with an annular chamber 5 with holes 6 in the inlet nozzle 2 connected to the high pressure cavity 7 of the pump. The screw blades 4 are fixed on the inner surface 8 of the inlet nozzle 2 and are tilted toward the impeller 3. The holes 6 are made tangential with the slope in the direction of rotation of the impeller 3. In the inlet nozzle 2 between the impeller 3 and the screw blades 4 A screw groove 9 is made. The holes 6 are located behind the back side 10 of the blade 4 and in the screw groove 9, with the total area of the holes 6 increasing in the direction of the impeller.
The centrifugal pump operates as follows.
By rotating the impeller 3 in
3.the housing 1, the fluid entering (the inlet 2, interacting with the blades 4, acquires a screw motion. High fluid pressure from the high-pressure cavity 7, flowing into the annular chamber 5 through the holes 6 behind the ten side of the blades 4, along the entire length forms a continuous and swirling flow in the nozzle 2, and also creates the preconditions for the axial flow of the flow to radial and increases the input pressure in front of the impeller 3, which largely dampens cavitation on the impeller 3.

3.An embodiment of the pump depends mainly on the shape of the inner surface of the nozzle 2: confused, diffuser or cylindrical, in which the helical blades 4 are placed, due to the condition of minimal constraint on the fluid flow before entering the impeller 3. In FIG. 3 shows a screw groove 9 arranged in the body of the pump suction space before entering the impeller 3.
Thus, the cavitation process loses its destructive character on the inlet edges of the impeller blades due to the preliminary swirling of the flow with a guide screw, screw groove or their combination and mixing the main fluid flow with the secondary rotational flow in high pressure. In the proposed pump, the vibroactivity is also reduced by reducing the impeller console.
