Ларингоскоп содержит рукоятку 1, перпендикулярно которой на ее конце закреп* лдн..клинок 2 с продольной щелью 3. Направитель 4, выполненный из стальной проволоки, изогнут под прямым углом и закреплен в ларингоскопе при помощи винта 5 с возможностью поворота в своей плоскости до захода нижнего конца в щель. Рабочий конец направителя 6 имеет форму полукольца, а управляющий 7 - замкнутую геометрическую, т.е. кольцо. Во время интубации трахеи анестезиолог за рукоятку 1 и прижатым к нему направителем 4 за кольцо 7 держит ларингоскоп. В таком положении полукольцо 6 прижато к горизонтальной части клинка и не мешает его введению в полость рта больного. После введения клинка 2 ларингоскопа в полость рта больного анестезиолог указательным пальцем отводит направитель 4 от себя за кольцо 7 и полукольцо 6 ложится на заднюю стенку глотки, в него продвигается интубационная 5 трубка, затем за кольцо 7 нижняя часть направителя 5 поднимается вверх и тем самым конец интубационной трубки оказывается напротив голосовой щели, в которую и вводится эндотрахеальная трубка. After that, 10 blade 2 is removed from the oral cavity.
