Description
The invention relates to the construction, in particular to the production of works on cylindrical tower structures, and can be used in the disassembly of structures, mainly hay towers, assembled from concrete blocks.
The aim of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities.
FIG. 1 shows the scaffolding, plan view; in fig. 2 - a fragment of a tower with scaffolds installed in the working position; in fig. 3 - scaffolding in working position inside the tower; in fig. 4 — Suspension hook designs with a flexible element stock.
1The mounted scaffolding comprises an annular platform consisting of a sectional, for example, board, flooring, section 1
2.which are connected by horizontal hinges 2.
5For holding and lowering the platform (as the tower is being disassembled), pendants in the form of flexible links 3 and 4 with L-shaped hooks 5
The length of link 3 is due to the convenience of operation and is 1.2-1.5 m. Link 3 is hereinafter referred to as working. Another flexible link 4 is shorter than the working link 3 by an amount not exceeding the height of the tower block 6 to be disassembled.
At the end of the flange of each L-shaped hook 5 there is at least one hole in which a retainer is installed in the form of vertical restrictive checks 7. Flexible links 3 and 4 are connected to the axis of the respective hinge 2. To hook 5, flexible links 3 and 4 are attached by reserve

Секции 1 настила кроме шарниров 2 могут быть взаимосв заны по внутреннему периметру гибкой кольцевой св зью 9, а также могут быть стойки с поручнем, образующие ограждени (не показано ).through the holes 8 in a zigzag manner, which provides flexible connections with the ability to adjust their length and brake during loads. Link 4 may be fixed to hook 5. Thus, in the zone of each hinge 2, two connections are connected to the flooring: working connection 3 and auxiliary connection 4, which are visible from each other in length. The flooring sections 1, in addition to the hinges 2, can be interconnected along the inner perimeter of the flexible ring connection 9, and can also be racks with handrail, forming fences (not shown).
In a preferred embodiment, the hinges 2 are connected by flexible radial links 10, connected by a carabiner 11 located in the center of a ring-shaped floor formed by sections 1. The carabiner 11 is suspended from a supporting cable 12, the free end of which is attached outside to the base 13 of the tower, and the other the end of the rope 12 is stored on the drum of the winch 14 located on the opposite side of the tower.
The device works as follows.
In the tower with the removal of the roof at the expense of the winch 14 by the rope 12, passed through the carbine 11, the ring-shaped platform is raised to the upper mark of the tower and consistently supported by working suspensions on the end surfaces of the upper row of blocks 6 of the tower.
The site is ready to go.
14.By any known method, for example, a special mount, blocks 6 are alternately disconnected from the wall of the tower to the foot of the tower. When approaching the working link 3, an auxiliary link 4, located adjacent to link 3, is put into operation. To do this, install it on the vacant upper unit of the lower row, as shown in FIG. 2. Having released the working connection hook 5 from the checks 7, remove this connection from the block b, on which it is located, and after removing this block 6, establish a working link on the block 6 located in the lower row. Check 7 is put in place and the corresponding flexible connection 3 is pulled, shortening the suspension to the tension (straightness) state. In the process of removing the upper row of blocks, all the working connections 3 are transferred to the position shown in FIG. 2, letter A, and the carrying cable 12 is weakened, and the slack is chosen with a winch 14.
In order to disassemble the next p d, lower the platform to the height of the block. For this, the rope 12 is vented, the auxiliary links 4 are alternately removed, with the result that sections 1 in the zone of the hinges 2 are alternately lowered into the operating position. At the same time, the flexible connections 3 of each suspension are drawn by the weight of the platform through the holes 8 of the hook 5, ensuring smooth
После этого приступают к разборке очередного (верхнего) р да, и описанный цикл повтор етс .lowering section 1 to the working position. After that, the next (upper) row is disassembled, and the described cycle is repeated.
To lower the platform, which has everything
Такое выполнение подмостей вл етс the suspensions are in the position shown in fig. 2 by the letter A, after alternately removing from the end of the auxiliary communication unit 4, it is possible to use the winch 14 to release the ropes 12. As a result, the platform is evenly lowered to a height that supports it on the suspensions. After that, the next row is disassembled and the cycle is repeated. This scaffolding arrangement is
Мала металлоемкость , дешевизна и малый вес конструкции, а также простота ее изготовлени и эксплуатации обеспечивает широкое практическое применение подмостей как дл производства работ на башенных конструкци х , так и дл разборки башен и других подобных сооружений,simple in construction and allows them to be assembled from scrap materials in any rural workshop. The low metal consumption, low cost and low weight of the structure, as well as the simplicity of its manufacture and operation, provide a wide practical application of scaffolds both for the production of works on tower structures and for dismantling of towers and other similar structures,
