Цель изобретени - повышение надежности и долговечности и упрощение конструкции. Муфта содержит ведущую полумуфту (П) 1 в виде стержн и концентрично расположенную ведомую П 2, соединенные промежуточной втулкой (В) 3. Ведуща П 1 св зана с В 3 шлицевым соединением, а ведома П 2 - посредством несамотормоз щего резьбового соединени . Ведома П 2 и В 3 выполнены в виде посто нных магнитов с полюсами на торцах. Однонаправленные торцы В 3 и ведомой П 2 выполнены с разноименными полюсами. При вращении ведущей П 1 в одном из направлений В 3 перемещаетс в осевом направлении (например, влево).
