Ogkhod mining limestone quarry10-20 There were prepared 5 variants of the compositions of the proposed mixture and 3 variants of the known mixture.
1.The chemical composition of the proposed and known materials used in the mixture for producing an alloy is given in Table 1.
The composition of the mixtures are given in table 2. All proposed materials are used without special training and are taken as they come from the relevant industries.
The grain size of granulated slag of silico-manganese is 0–20 mm, the limestone quarry waste is 0–3 mm.
The materials are fed to a dosing mixer for mixing for 3-4 minutes. The mixed mixture from the mixer is overloaded into a hopper, from which it is then poured into a crucible of an induction furnace with a capacity of 270 kg, which is heated to 1000-1100 ° C. After the mixture is loaded into the crucible, the melting process starts in 3-5 minutes.
Melting proceeds smoothly without emissions with a strong flame. During smelting, separation occurs: in the lower layer of the crucible, a layer of metal is formed, in the upper layer, slag, which protects the metal from oxidation by atmospheric air. Duration of melting is 20-25 minutes.
After the melting is completed, the alloy and crucible slag are poured into cast-iron molds without lining. After cooling, the molds are inverted, the ingot is easily separated from the walls.
The slag layer on the top of the ingot is separated from the metal without additional machining.
3.The chemical composition of the ligatures are given in table.3.
The alloy from the proposed mixture does not crumble in air and has a clean surface.
REM extraction is increased to 92% due to the fact that manganese oxides are in the mixture.
20,1-26,6% AI.As can be seen from Table 3, the resulting ligature from the proposed mixture contains 24.1– 34.1% REM and 20.1–26.6% AI.
Предлагаемый состав смеси позвол ет получить лигатуру при меньших материальных и энергозатратах, на базе отходов фер- росплавного производства и вторичного алюмини ,The proposed composition of the mixture makes it possible to obtain a ligature at lower material and energy consumption, on the basis of ferrous alloys production and secondary aluminum,
