Изобретение относитс к медицине и предназначено дл повышени надежности фиксации при многооскольчатых переломах плечевой кости. Пластина 1 фиксируетс к кости через отверсти 2 и 3 соответственно под винты и спицы. Дугообразно-изогнутые бранши 4, симметрично расположенные на одном конце пластины 1, охватывают головку плечевой кости и фиксируютс через отверсти 2 и 3 винтами и спицами.
