Изобретение относитс к области медицины, а именно к челюстно-лицевой хирургии. Целью изобретени вл етс уменьшение послеоперационных осложнений. Поставленна цель обеспечиваетс тем, что производ т дополнительные кожные разрезы в орбитальной области и затем остеотомию скуловой кости. Способ осуществл ют следующим образом .The method is carried out as follows.

Производ т разрез кожи в скулоорби- тальной области, М гкие ткани отсепаровы- вают в месте сочленени скуловой кости и производ т ее остеотомию в местах анатомических соединений. Скуловую кость с частью дуги на м гкотканной основе смещают книзу и кнаружи. Затем бором провод т остеотомию ветви нижней челюсти. Венечный отросток вместе с частично от- сепарованной височной мышцей отворачивают вверх. Содержимое глазницы (при необходимости) смещают внутрь и вниз. После вышеописанных манипул ций образуетс широкий доступ к височной, крыло- небной, подвисочной мкам и орбите. Если после удалени новообразовани в области передней или средней черепной мок образуетс дефект костной ткани, то производ т его пластику височной мышцей. Затем скуловую кость и дугу устанавливают в естественное положение и фиксируют в месте остеотомии.
