Изобретение относитс  к литейному производству, в частности к конструкции машин дл  изготовлени  оболочковых форм с перекидным формовочным бункером, примен емых в составе автоматизированных технологических комплексов. Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение точности координации положени  модельной плиты. Стержнева  смесь покрывает поверхность модельной плиты 7, и печь 12 накрывает спекающуюс  смесь. При достижении печью 12 нижнего положени  срабатывает реле времени от датчика 16 и отключает тормоз поворота рамы 6. Упоры 17 печи 12, воздейству  на расторможенную плиту 7, доворачивают раму 6 в необходимое технологическое положение. Изобретение позвол ет добитьс  стабильного положени  модельной плиты и тем самым обеспечивает эффективное использование дл  съема форм манипул торов простых конструкций. 3 ил.The invention relates to a foundry, in particular, to the construction of machines for the manufacture of shell molds with transfer molding hopper used in automated process equipment.
