Abstract

Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к пластике пораженных при ожогах век. Цель изобретени - уменьшение травматизации операции при пластике пораженных век. Устройство содержит вогнутую пластину 1 со сквозной выемкой 2, фиксаторы 3 и направл ющие шовного материала, причем пластина 1 выполнена в виде маски с выемками 2 в виде двух овальных отверстий дл глаз и с фиксаторами 3 шовного материала в виде крючков, ориентированных выпуклыми част ми к одной точке, и направл ющими выступами, расположенными у краев овальных отверстий на рассто нии, меньшем, чем крючки. При этом маска содержит фиксаторы дл креплени к поверхности головы. Как вариант, направл ющие шовного материала выполнены в виде цилиндрического выступа с перекладиной, ориентированной к поверхности маски. На лицо накладывают маску 1 и фиксируют ее фиксаторами 5. После проведени П-образных швов-держалок на веке один конец его провод т под выступом 4 и обхватывают один из крючков. То же проделывают с другим концом шва-держалки 6. Далее оба конца соедин ют.
