Abstract
The invention relates to the field of the textile industry and can be used to impart little wool to a textile containing textile. The invention allows to reduce the shrinkage of the material due to the fact that it is impregnated with a 4-6% aqueous solution of anionic dicyandiamide resin and chrome-plated in an aqueous solution containing 1.0-1.5% by weight of the potassium dichromate material. Then squeeze and heat treat. Chrome plating can be carried out before impregnation. 2 tab.
Description
Изобретение относитс к области текстильной промышленности и может быть использовано дл придани малоусадочности шерстьсодержащим текстильным материалам .The invention relates to the field of the textile industry and can be used to impart little-woolen wool-containing textile materials.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce tissue shrinkage.
Sample, pure wool art art. 1103 is treated in a water bath containing 1% K2SG20 by weight of the fabric. Next, in the second bath, the treatment is carried out with an anionic dicyandiamide resin modified with a dispersant NF-DDAM-2c (TU 6-02-1084-72). The resin concentration in the water bath is 4% by weight. The treatment is carried out at 40 ° C for 5 minutes.
1.Examples 2-3 are carried out analogously to example 1 at the concentrations indicated in Table. one.
В примере 2 использована анионна ди- циандиамидна смола, модифицированна сульфитно-спиртовой бардой (ДДАС).In Example 2, an anionic dianidiamide resin modified with sulfite-alcohol barda (DDAS) was used.
Example 5-6. Fabric treatment art. 6425 (20% polyamide, 80% six) are carried out according to the following schemes: chromium plating at a temperature of 95 ° C for 15 minutes with an amount of chromium of 3-1.5% by weight of wool fiber. Then, in the second bath, the treatment is carried out with a DDA-resin with a concentration of 4-6% at a temperature of 40 ° C for 5 minutes.
П р и м е р 7. PRI me R 7. Treatment with DDA-resin 4-6% at 40 ° C for 5 minutes Then, in the second bath, the chromizing agent is treated with the amount of chromium 1-1.5% of the weight of wool fiber at a temperature of 95 ° C for 15 minutes.
2.After the treatments according to the indicated schemes, they are pressed to 100% relative humidity, dried at a temperature of up to 100 ° C, and heat treated at a temperature of 110-130 ° C. Specific concentrations of the components are listed in Table. 2
On fabric samples treated in this way, the shrinkage after locking is determined according to GOST 5012-66, as well as the shrinkage from washing. The laundry is washed in a washing machine in a detergent solution containing

Example (comparative). Wool fabric is impregnated with an aqueous composition containing 4-6.5 wt.% Carbamol; 1-2.5 wt.% Sodium bisulfite and 1-2 May. sodium tetraborate. The fabric is squeezed out to 100% and heat treated at 100-110% for 4-10 minutes.
