Abstract
Изобретение относитс к текстильной промышленности и может быть использовано в установках дл смешивани волокнистого материала. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности устройства. Устройство дл смешивани волокнистого материала содержит камеру, в донной части которой установлена подвижна горизонтальна поверхность, выполненна из двух последовательно установленных платформ с роликами, подающа волокно к вертикальной отбирающей решетке с разравнивающими и отбойными валиками, установленное в потолочной части камеры пневматическое средство подачи материала на транспортирующую поверхность и привод перемещени транспортирующей поверхности. Камера имеет в донной части две пары направл ющих дл взаимодействи с роликами, одна из пар выполнена пр молинейной, а друга ступенчатой с выступом вниз, причем платформа, примыкающа к вертикальной отбирающей решетке установлена с возможностью перемещени по ступенчатой направл ющей, а втора платформа соединена с приводом и установлена с возможностью перемещени по пр молинейным направл ющим, при этом платформы имеют средство дл их соединени . 4 ил.The invention relates to the textile industry and can be used in installations for blending fibrous material.
