Description
The invention relates to soldering, in particular, to a method of tinning the leads and can be used in the electronic and radio industry to prepare the leads of electrical radio elements before installation on a printed circuit board.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the process by facilitating the removal of the oxide film.
Under a layer of molten solder, the deformed surface of the outlet along its axis is locally deformed. When performing this operation, it is provided: a sharp increase in the ability of the leads to wetting due to a decrease in the surface energy of the output material as a result of the discontinuity of the film oxides and deformation of the crystal lattice of the material; an increase in the thickness of the applied coating in the deformed zones.
When tinning the leads, the low-corrosion flux of the FCS was used, the temperature of the POS 61 solder in the bath was
250±10°С. 250 ± 10 ° C. The contact time of the output with the molten solder is 3 s. After immersing the lead in the solder, wedge-shaped punches made local recesses located parallel to the lead axis at an angle of 120 ° to each other, their depth was 0.1 mm. When viewed on an instrumental microscope, it was determined that there is a solid tin-lead coating on the output surface.
As a result of local deformation, depressions are formed in which, due to the expansion of the surface of the oxide film, its cracking occurs. In this case, the surface of the zone adjacent to the depressions becomes convex, and on it, respectively, the oxide film is also stretched and cracks. The above actions ensure its more rapid and effective removal from the surface.
When servicing in the recesses, a thick layer of solder is formed, which in the process of soldering plays the role of a storage ring.

припо , обеспечива получение па ных соединений без пустот и нзпропаев.solder, providing a pair of connections without voids and nzpropaev.
The method allows to reduce the laboriousness of the tinning of the findings, since it requires less thorough washing of the radio-radio elements after the tinning. In connection with the higher level of such conclusions, the quality of the soldering of radio electronic elements improves, in particular, the installation of the mx on the printed circuit board reduces the percentage of non-soldering that requires manual soldering. As a result, the solder consumption is reduced during subsequent soldering.
