Abstract
The invention relates to process equipment for preparing electrical wires for installation and can be used in the electrical industry. The purpose of the invention is to enhance the functionality by ensuring the removal of rigid insulation. The tool contains spring-loaded levers with clamping jaws and crimp elements. On one of the levers there is a cylindrical holder 4, inside which on eccentric axles are mounted cams 5 in the form of discs with notches on the generatrix of the surface, designed to grip the wire clamp wire. The tool allows for the removal of rigid insulation due to the installation of the holder with the possibility of rotation in the direction of the screw surface of the wiring harness while it is simultaneously moving along the wire. The tool does not require reconfiguration to process the wires with different pitch of the strands, since the changes in the pitch do not affect the freely rotating cage. 1 il.
Description
Изобретение относитс к технологическому оборудованию дл подготовки электрических проводов к монтажу и может быть использовано в электротехнической промышленности .The invention relates to process equipment for preparing electrical wires for installation and can be used in the electrical industry.
The purpose of the invention is to enhance the functionality of the instrument by providing a rigid insulation removal.
The drawing shows the design of the proposed hand tool.
В обойме симметрично по отношению к ее оси вращени установлены «The tool contains two levers 2 of the first kind mounted on a semi-axle x 1 with insulating handles, interconnected by a return spring, the ends of which are fixed on the levers between the axis of their rotation and the handles. The tool is provided with a yoke 4 mounted on the bearing 3. In the yoke, symmetrically with respect to its axis of rotation are mounted
В теле рычагов выполнены пазы дл проводов , подвод щих электроэнергию к обжиг- ным элементам.cams 5 on eccentric wasps x, which are spring-loaded relative to the yoke. At the working ends of the levers, spring plates 6 are fixed, on the free ends of which the wire firing elements 7 insulated from the plates are mounted opposite each other and connected to a source of electrical energy. Each lever has a diverter pin 8 capable of freely moving in the corresponding through hole of the other lever. In the body of the levers there are grooves for wires that supply electricity to the firing elements.
The tool works as follows.
In the initial state, the levers 2 are separated by the action of a return spring, and the calcining elements 7 are moved apart. The processable wire end is inserted.

Использование витой токоведущей части провода в качестве направл ющей винтовой поверхности дл удал емого участкаbetween the firing elements and the jaws 5. In this position the wire is held by self-jamming the jaws. When compressing the arms, the levers rotate around the semi-axes 1. At the same time, the working ends of the levers approach each other, and the lived-in heated elements, moving towards each other, are inserted into the insulating coating, destroying the narrow annular section. —The spring plates 6 are pressed and the burning elements are set apart. When moving the tool with the insulation clamped between the jaws relative to the central part of the wire in the direction towards the end to be processed, the conductive central part of the wire with the ribbed surface of twisted cores and the area of insulating coating cleaned from it interact like screw pair, where the twisted wires and the role of the nut is the removable part of the insulation. For all types of stranded wires, the elevation angle of the helixes formed by the twisted conductors is significantly greater than the friction angle of the insulation material on the surface of the conductor. Therefore, there are no conditions for the self-braking of the screw pair, and the cleaned area of the coating, rotating with the jaws around the conductive part of the wire, is unhindered from the cores. Use of a twisted conductive part of the wire as a guide screw surface for the section to be removed

При этом инструмент не требует перенастройки дл обработки проводов с разным шагом свивки жил, так как изменени шага автоматически отслеживаютс вращающейс частью обоймы.the insulating coating of the screw surface for the removable section of the insulating coating practically eliminates the breaks of the individual cores of the stranded wire during the stripping of its ends. Thus, the proposed tool allows for the removal of rigid insulation. At the same time, the tool does not require reconfiguration for processing wires with different strips of cores, since the step changes are automatically tracked by the rotating part of the clip.
