Abstract
The invention relates to continuous earth-moving machines, namely to the working equipment of rotary excavators. The goal is to reduce the energy intensity of the process of cutting and transporting the soil. The working equipment of the rotor excavator includes a driving rotor 1 with buckets 6 mounted on the boom, mounted on the boom 2 and on the vertical shaft, suspension 3 booms 2 and receiving-feeding mechanism 4. Each bucket 6 has no bottom and is attached to the bottom plane of the rotor 1 facing to the bottom, and has a back wall with a lower cutting edge (RK) 7 and a side wall with an end RK 8. While the rotor rotates 1 RK 7, 8, the ground is cut. Buckets 6 with the captured soil after leaving the edge of the dumping ground in the bunker receiving-feeding mechanism 4. From it, the soil enters the conveyor and then into the transshipment bunker 10, and then on the conveyor of the transshipment console. After that, the soil goes to the dump or to the warehouse. Thus, layer-by-layer mining of the ground to its entire height occurs. This ensures a reduction in the energy intensity of the process of cutting and transporting the soil. 5 il.
