Abstract
The invention relates to metal working and relates to devices for electroerosive doping. The purpose of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities in the processing of adjacent surfaces of the workpiece, such as the working edges of the die blanks. Doping is performed with two electrodes 1, 7. As electrode 1 is worn, block 22 through block 23 and drive 4 supplies the electrode to part 20. Proportional to the amount of this movement, the signal from the output of block 22 through blocks 24, 25 through drive 10 moves electrode 7 to the edge parts 20, to compensate for its wear by the wear signals of the electrode 1. Thus, the magnitudes of the movements of the actuators 4 and 10 are determined by the wear of the electrodes, and the rotation of the actuator 16 is determined by the profile of the part’s edge. 4 il.
