Abstract

Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике, а именно к долотам дл костей. Цель изобретени - снижение травматичности обработки костных тканей путем получени конгруэнтной поверхности кости при одновременном ее рассечении. Остеотом содержит фигурную рабочую часть, котора в сечении, перпендикул рном ее продольной оси, выполнена в виде равнобедренной трапеции 3, дополнительный режущий элемент в виде двух пластин 4 и 5 и режущую кромку 6. Режущую кромку 6 устанавливают ниже анкилозированного сустава и производ т остеотомию. Благодар равнобедренной трапеции 3 и пластинам 4 и 5 достигаетс быстрое рассечение наружной и внутренней компактных пластинок и губчатого вещества кости. 2 ил.The invention relates to medical technology, namely to bone bits.
