Abstract
Изобретение относитс к медицине, точнее к травматологии и ортопедии и предназначено дл рассечени межкостной перепонки на верхней и нижней конечност х. Цель изобретени - атравматичное рассечение межкостной перепонки на всем прот жении с сохранением целостности прилегающих сосудов и тканей. Дл этого используют устройство, состо щее из рабочей части 1 с вогнутой режущей кромкой 2, имеющей щарообразное утолщение 3 с продольным желобом. Устройство имеет руко тку 5, соединенную с корпусом стержнем 6. В рану ввод т устройство так, чтобы вогнута режуща кромка установилась перпендикул рно перепонке, а желоб - гребню одной из костей. Шаровидное утолщение режущей кромки обеспечивает рассечение межкостной перепонки с тупым раздвиганием прилежащих к перепонке тканей. 4 ил.The invention relates to medicine, more specifically to traumatology and orthopedics, and is intended to cut the interosseous membrane on the upper and lower limbs.
