Abstract
The invention relates to - jc orthopedics. The purpose of the invention is to preserve the anatomical relationship of the tissues by preserving the attachment points of the muscles. To do this, a subperiosteal wedge resection of the third bone is performed, the base of the wedge occupies the dorsal surface of the bone, its apex is located subcortically along the palmar surface and the wedge narrows in the direction from the distal end of the soft bone to its base.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics.
- Целью изобретени вл етс сохранение анатомического взаимоотношени тканей за счет сохранени мест прикреплени мышц.“The aim of the invention is to preserve the anatomical relationship of the tissues by maintaining the attachment points of the muscles.
The method is carried out as follows.
Under anesthesia during bleeding of the surgical floor, a semi-oval skin incision is made on the palm and back of the hand in the projection of the third bone. From the incision on the back of the hand, the extensor of the finger is retracted to the side and the subperiosteal rear surface of the third .pod; bone and its head is exposed. If there is a rudiment of the main phalanx of this finger, it is removed. From the third bone of the bone, the subperiosteal wedge resection of the cortical-spongy part of the bone is made in the direction from the distal end of the bone to its base, and the base of the wedge increases the back surface it has a flesh bone, and its top is located subcortically along the palmar surface. After that, the remaining areas of the third pstny bone are brought closer together and fixed with twisted (circle) catgut knotted sutures. Closest to each other, bone marrow is produced by flattening the bone bone, followed by fixation with either the spokes or tendon autograft from the third finger. The wound is sutured, wearing splints up to 3-4 weeks, after which physiotherapy is performed.
In this operation, the attachment of the 4th bone originating from the third frontier bone and the thumb muscle 4 and the normal arrangement of the interosseous webs on the sides of this bone is maintained.
