Abstract
The invention relates to the refractory industry and can be used for the manufacture of electrically insulating masses intended for the sealing of the heating elements of household appliances. The purpose of the invention is to increase moisture resistance, mechanical strength and manufacturability by reducing the pressure of pressing the helix into the burner. The electrically insulating mass includes (May.%) Electroplating alumina 65.4 - 69.5, talc 21.0 - 21.2, boric acid 3.2 - 8.0 and the aluminum-chromophosphate binder else. The pressing pressure is half as much (up to 4 MPa), the moisture resistance (according to GOST 14163- 78) is no more than 0.09 mA, the strength is 7.2 MPa. 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to building materials, primarily to the refractory industry, and can be used to make electrically insulating masses in heating elements.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the moisture resistance, mechanical strength, manufacturability by reducing the pressure of pressing the helix into the burner.
Example. It manufactures pilot batches of type EChch-180-1.5 / 220 and EChch-180-1.0 / 220 in the amount of 600 pcs each, intended as heating elements for electric stoves.
The electrically insulating mass is prepared from M-28 grade electrocorundum, talc, alum-chromophosphate binder and boric acid by mixing in a batch system. After pressing in the spirals, the burners are sent to a conveyor oven, where they are exposed to temperatures of 400-500 ° C by applying voltage from 60 to 220 V.
The compositions of the electrically insulating masses, the technological parameters of manufacturing the burners and the properties are given in the table.
