Целью изобретени   вл етс  ускорение слива продукта. К железнодорожной цистерне подсоедин ют источник сжатого воздуха, открывают сливное отверстие и подают внутрь цистерны над зеркалом нефтепродукта сжатый воздух , при этом цистерне сообщают импульсное возвратно-поступательное движение дл  предотвращени  образовани  над сливным отверстием воронки.The invention relates to the discharge of liquid products from railway tanks and can be used in emptying railway tanks and other containers of vehicles for transporting liquid, including viscous, petroleum products.
