(54) DEVICE FOR CATHETERIZING GATE VEIN
1 з.п. (57) The invention relates to medical technology, namely to devices for catheterization of vessels, in particular the portal vein. To prevent thrombus formation during catheterization of the portal vein, the non-working end of the stylet is made with an oblique cut facing the groove. 1 hp ff, 2 ill.
Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике, а именно к устройствам дл катетеризации сосудов, в частности воротной вены .The invention relates to medical technology, namely to devices for catheterization of blood vessels, in particular the portal vein.
The aim of the invention is to prevent thrombosis during catheterization of the portal vein.
FIG. 1 shows the proposed device without a catheter, a general view; in fig. 2 - a device with a catheter, a longitudinal section
The device contains a catheter 1 and a stylet 2 A catheter 1 is put on the stylet 2 and forms together with it a penetrating device. A catheter 1 is connected to a syringe (not shown) for administering medicinal and other liquid agents through a cannula 3. Stiletto 2 has a longitudinal groove 4 on its outer surface, which forms a channel 5 with the inner wall of catheter 1 to allow passage of biological, medicinal or anesthetic liquid substances. In addition, the stylet 2 has a working end 6 for puncturing tissues and a non-working end, made with an oblique cut 7 facing the groove 4. The exit of the channel 5 from the catheter 1 to the cannula 3 is additionally blocked by a sealing sleeve 8. The catheter 1 may have a side opening 9 at the working end
The device works as follows.
Далее из катетера 1 извлекают стилет 2 с канюлей 3 под шприц и в катетер 1 встав л (ЛA syringe with an anesthetic liquid substance is inserted into the cannula 3, and after anesthesia of the skin and subcutaneous tissue at the injection site, the skin is pierced with a known surgical instrument and the device is inserted at the puncture site. Prepared anesthetic substance with a syringe, the device is conducted to the catheterized portal vein. After penetration of the vessel wall with a penetrating device, i.e. the stylet 2 with the catheter 1 put on it, the piston of the syringe is retracted, blood is sucked into the syringe from the vessel, whereby the intravascular location of the catheter 1 is monitored. Then the device is rinsed with a solution of heparin, resulting in blood 5, enters the vessel. Next, from the catheter 1 remove the stylet 2 with the cannula 3 under the syringe and into the catheter 1 inserted l (L

A cannula (not shown) can be used to produce a short-term or etital infusion of medicinal or other liquid substances. With prolonged infusion, the catheter 1 is fixed on the skin with a ligature suture,
0Performing the non-working end of the stylet 2 with an oblique cut 7 facing the side of Groove 4. reduces the trauma of blood elements accumulated in cannula 3 when it is pumped back into the vessel, which leads to a decrease in the likelihood of thrombus formation in the portal vein. The implementation of the lateral orifice 9 which communicates with the channel 5 and the working end of the catheter ensures the operation of the device in the event of closing the main exit of the channel 5 prom0
