Цель - повышение эффективности профилактики послеоперационных кровотечений за счет создани регулируемого воздействи при исключении участи пациента. Это достигаетс тем, что дл проведени провокации кровотечени в операционной ране до ее ушивани больному ввод т препарат, вызывающий кратковременную гипертензию.The invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery. Через 25-30 сив течение 3-5 мин этот препарат обеспечивает кратковременное повышение артериального давлени . Пример. Больна С., 41 год, диагноз - эутиреоидный узловой зоб IV степени. Гипертоническа болезнь II Б стадии. Больна оперирована под интубационным наркозом с управл емой гипотонией при помощи ганглиоблокатора короткого действи - 1%-ныи раствор имехина. Произведена субтотальна субфасциальна струмэкто- ми . К концу операции во врем ревизии раны внутривенно струйно введен 1%-ный раствор мезатона в пропорции 0,2 мл на 20 мл изотонического раствора хлорида натри . Через 30 с и в течение 4 мин АД повысилось и держалось до 195/100 мм рт.ст.. вы влены кровоточащие сосуды, которые были тщательно лигированы. Послеоперационное течение протекало гладко. Предложенный способ использован в НИИ клинической и экспериментальной хирургии на 43 больных: 38 больных, оперированных подобщим обезболиванием, 5больных- под местной анестезией, со 100%-ным положительным результатом.The proposed method was used in scientific research institutes of clinical and experimental surgery on 43 patients: 38 patients operated on with general anesthesia, 5 patients under local anesthesia, with a 100% positive result.
