Изобретение относитс к кормопроизводству . Цель изобретени - повышение прироста живой массы свиней. Способ включает смешивание блочных отходов (нестандартных блок и блочного жома) с измельченной корой дуба в соотношении 9-12:1 с последующим выдерживанием смеси в течение 24 ч при 20-25°С, Дополнительно в полученную смесь ввод т измельченный чеснок-в количестве 5-30% от общей массы. Полученна добавка содержит 19,74% протеина, т.е. 1.16 кг. При скармливании свинь м полученной добавки увеличиваютс среднесуточные привесы животных на 64,4-95,6% по сравнению с контролем. 2 табл.FIELD: feed production.
