Abstract

Изобретение относитс к машиностроению и может быть использовано дл подачи стержневых деталей в технологическое оборудование различного назначени . Целью изобретени вл етс расширение технологических возможностей устройства за счет его переналадки. Детали типа длинномерных стержней перемещаютс по наклонному лотку 1 под собственным весом. При их перекосе относительно продольной оси лотка 1 вперед идущий конец детали, встреча сь с рычагом 2 демпфера и планкой 8 втулки 7 стопора механизма ориентации,- разворачивает их вокруг вала 4 на некоторый угол, При этом рычаг 3 с вилкой 6 на противоположной стороне лотка стопорит с помощью роликов в клиновидных пазах 11 втулку 7 относительно неподвижного вала 4. Вперед идущий конец детали останавливаетс планкой 8 неподвижной втулки 7. и деталь начинает разворачиватьс относительно данного конца. При указанном развороте другой конец детали, встреча сь на своем пути с рычагом 3 демпфера, поворачивает его вокруг вала 4. Вилка 6 указанного рычага 3, взаимодейству с роликами в клиновидных пазах 11. расфиксирует втулку 7. Деталь, зан вша ориентированное положение , поворачивает одновременно пару рычагов 2 и 3 демпфера и планки 8 и 9 на втулке 7 стопора вокруг вала 4, и перемещаетс в зону выдачи. 8 ил.
