Цель изобретени - повышение надежности защиты зданий при проходке под ними тоннелей - достигаетс за счет того, что вертикальные элементы 2 устанавливают до проходки тоннелей с располо жением их оголовков над поверхностью грунта с образованием продольных и поперечных перемещающихс между ссбой р дов . Под фундамент 1 здани устанавливают вертикальные элементы 2 переменной длины с заглублением ниже плоскости сдвига 3. При этом вертикальные элементы 2 устанав- ливают до проходки тоннелей с расположением их оголовков над поверхностью грунта, в результате чего образуютс продольные и поперечные пересекающиес между собой р ды. В стенах фундамента пробиваютс отверсти 4 и в них бетонированием закрепл ютс закладные детали 5. Затем укладываетс арматура выполн емой плиты 6, объедин етс с выпусками закладных деталей и производитс их бетонирование совместно с оголовками вертикальных элементов 2. в результате чего образуетс горизонтальна плита 6. В горизонтальной плите 6 оставл ют инъекционные отверсти 7 дл нагнетани раствора в грунт.
