The invention relates to medical microbiology and can be used in bacteriological diagnostics for the isolation and identification of campilobacteria. The purpose of the invention is to increase the selectivity of the medium with respect to Campylobacter pylori. The medium is prepared as follows. Components are added to 1 liter of distilled water, g / l - enzymatic casein hydrolyzate 13-16, glucose 4-6, fodder yeast extract 4-6, sodium chloride 6.3-6.5, sodium carbonate 0.5-0, 95, cysteine dihydrochloride 0.7-0.8. urea 2-10, sodium thioglycol 0.4-0.6, bromine-molar blue 0.02-0.03 and agar 0.5-0.7. The mixture is boiled and sterilized. Separately, a solution is prepared containing, g / l amphotericin B 0.002-0.004, metronidazole 0.0005-0.001, and nzlidixic acid 0.025-0.05, sterilized and added to the basic composition. The medium is dispensed into test tubes and used for seeding. With the growth of C. pylori, the color of the medium changes from grass, green or olive to blue. 1 tab.

П р и м е р 4. EXAMPLE 4: Three variants of media are inoculated with the culture to be studied. Crops are incubated at 37 ° C for 4-5 days under normal aerobic conditions (up to 20% oxygen). When the medium changes from grass-green (olive) to blue, the presence of C. pylori is determined. Separate strains of streptococci growing on this medium paint the medium yellow. The sensitivity of the environment is 106 microns. cells / ml
When seeding on the medium contaminated with pathological material (biopsy specimens, surgical material, etc.), C. pylori is detected after 30-120 minutes of incubation, the appearance of blue coloration on the infected areas of tissue-infected bacteria.
The results of the test environment for the isolation and identification of C. pylori are presented in the table.
The use of the nutrient medium makes it possible to increase the accuracy of the detection of C. pylori by increasing the selective properties of the medium.
