Изобретение относитс к исследованию механических свойств волокон и нитей. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение достоверности. В способе вертикально подвешенный образец исследуемой нити нагружают грузом, после достижени заданной степени ползучести возбуждают продольные колебани образца и регистрируют частоту и амплитуду колебаний, по которым определ ют динамические характеристики исследуемой нити, удар нанос т снизу вверх по грузу. Возбуждение колебаний исследуемой нити ударом, наносимым снизу вверх по грузу, обеспечивает малую в пределах упругих деформации образца амплитуду возбуждаемых колебаний, что повышает достоверность определени динамических характеристик комплексной нити. 1 ил.The invention relates to the study of the mechanical properties of fibers and filaments. Способ осуществл ют следующим образом .The method is carried out as follows.
Вертикально подвешенный образец 1 исследуемой нити статически нагружают грузом 2, обеспечивающим возникновение в нити процесса ползучести. После выдержки образца под нагрузкой дл достижени заданной деформации ползучести возбуждают продольные колебани образца 1 ударом бойка 3 пружинного ударника 4 по грузу 2 снизу вверх. Силу ударного нагружени выбирают из услови возбуждени колебаний с амплитудой, не большей величины упругих деформаций нагруженного образца 1. Регистрируют с помощью вибродатчика 5 амплитуду и частоту возбужденных колебаний , по которым определ ют динамические характеристики комплексной нити в процессе ползучести.The vertically suspended sample 1 of the test thread is statically loaded with a load 2, which ensures the creep process to appear in the thread.
