Description
Изобретение относитс к области гидротранспорта , а именно к способу напорного транспортировани гидросмеси по трубопроводу .The invention relates to the field of hydraulic transport, in particular, to a method of pressurized transport of slurry through a pipeline.
Цель изобретени - уменьшение энергозатрат путем снижени гидравлического сопротивлени за счет создани ламинарного пограничного сло .The purpose of the invention is to reduce power consumption by reducing hydraulic resistance by creating a laminar boundary layer.
The method consists in producing a periodic change in the head along the length of the pipeline with a frequency selected from
«(0,02-0,035) -v/k2, где п - частота изменени напора, Гц;“(0.02-0.035) -v / k2, where n is the frequency of the change in head, Hz;
v - коэффициент кинематической в зкости гидросмеси, м2/с;v is the coefficient of kinematic viscosity of the slurry, m2 / s;
k - эквивалентна шероховатость, м.k is equivalent to the roughness, m
This makes it possible to create a laminar boundary layer with a thickness greater than the equivalent roughness, and
The method is implemented as follows.
Заранее известна (или определена) эквивалентна шероховатость трубопровода Зна (или определ ) кинематический коэффициент в зкости при установившемс режиме , в движущем потоке с помощью периодического отбора и последующего ввода части транспортируемой среды в основной поток создают пульсации с частотой, определ емой из указанного соотношени .The pipeline roughness known in advance (or defined) is equivalent to (or defined) the kinematic coefficient of viscosity at steady state, in a driving stream by periodic selection and subsequent input of a part of the transported medium into the main stream create pulsations with a frequency determined from the specified ratio.
When the slurry is fed through a pressure pipe, a layer of liquid at the lower boundary of the slurry stream saturated with solid particles shows up as the usual roughness of the lower wall of the pipe along which the single-phase fluid moves. In this case, the diameter of the solid particles in the lower part of the pipe.

По концентрации гидросмеси и скорости ее транспортировани определ ют плотность насыщени потока твердыми частицами на дне потока, и тем самым эквивалентную ше- роховатость трубопровода.wires can be conventionally taken as the absolute roughness of the pipeline. The concentration of the slurry and the speed of its transportation determine the saturation density of the stream with solid particles at the bottom of the stream, and thus the equivalent roughness of the pipeline.
Это позвол ет уменьшить удельные энергозатраты при напорном ыанспорте жидких сред в шероховатых трубопроводах .The flow of the liquid medium in the pipeline during the implementation of the method can be represented as follows. The main part of the transported medium (flow core) moves in the turbulent mode, so that it does not come into contact with the elements of the pipeline roughness. The rest of the liquid medium, including all the elements of roughness, moves on a rough wall of the pipeline and in a laminar mode. Since the roughness of the pipeline has no effect on the resistance in the laminar mode of motion, it can be concluded that the influence of the roughness when using the proposed method does not cause an increase in resistance. This makes it possible to reduce the specific energy consumption in the discharge of liquid media in rough pipelines.
During operation, due to uneven wear of the pipeline or deposits on its walls, the value of pipeline roughness varies depending on the condition
Зна характер неравномерного износа трубопровода, с помощью предложенного способа можно подобрать оптимальную частоту пульсаций и тем самым устранить указанные недостатки эксплуатации и поддержать оптимальные режимы работы гидротранспортных систем.transportation, which subsequently leads to a deterioration of the main indicators of the hydrotransport system, i.e., the specific energy consumption for pumping increases. By knowing the nature of the uneven wear of the pipeline, using the proposed method, it is possible to select the optimum frequency of pulsations and thereby eliminate the indicated disadvantages of operation and maintain optimal operating conditions of the hydrotransport systems.
