The invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used to obtain sound and thermal insulation materials based on expanded perlite.
The aim of the invention is to improve the sound insulation properties at frequencies of 100-630 Hz.
Expanded perlite was prepared as follows.
3.Perlite rock is selectively mined by thin excavation layers that provide uniform density of the raw material. The density of the breed used is 1000, 1700 and .2100 kg / m. The rock was crushed by density on a crusher of any industrial type used in the perlite processing lines, fractionated into fractions stipulated by GOST 25226-82 and narrower: 0.14-0.31; 0.31-0.63; 0.63-1.25; 1.25-2.5 mm. Then the rock of a certain density and fraction is subjected to firing according to the technology of expansion using the method of thermal shock in a vertical furnace. The temperature in the furnace is 900-1100PC. Get expanded perlite with a bulk weight of 14-85 kg / m3.
