Description
The invention relates to pressure welding with heating, in particular diffusion welding, and can be used for the manufacture of bimetallic pipes in various parts of industrial pipelines.
The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the welded joint and increase the durability of the installation for welding.
Figure 1 shows the workpiece with its horizontal location in the installation for welding; figure 2 - the same, with a vertical location.
The preform contains coaxially assembled tubular layers 1 and 2 of dissimilar materials, the annular space of which is sealed at their ends by fusion welding.
5.A low-melting solder 4 is deposited on the welded seam 3, and sleeves 5 are fixed on the ends of the billet.
03The blank is prepared as follows. After cleaning the contact surfaces of the pipe-layers, for example, by etching and grinding, the pipe of the inner layer is placed in the cavity of the pipe of the outer layer and jointly deformed until tight contact between the layers is achieved. The deformation of the layers can be performed by electric welding in inert gas. After degreasing in acid, the outer surface of the weld is coated with a layer of low-melting solder made of lead-tin alloy. вушки припо и прихватывают сваркой к наружной поверхности.solder pins and tack welding to the outer surface.
Затем производ т нагрев заготовки до температуры сварки и осуществл ют изотермическую выдержку, после чего установку охлаждают и сваренную заготовку извлекают из нее Перед дальнейшей обработкой втулки- ловушки с заваренными торцами обрезают .The assembled billet is placed in a diffusion welding unit, while the temperature of the working chamber does not exceed the melting temperature of the low-melting solder. The installation is sealed and filled with an inert high-pressure gas, under the action of which the low-melting solder on the surface of the weld seals the existing defects. Then, the billet is heated to the welding temperature and isothermally aged, after which the installation is cooled and the welded billet is removed from it. Before further processing, the bushing traps with the welded ends are cut.
4Using the proposed billet, a batch of bimetallic pipes of the following combination was produced on a diffusion-welding machine: the outer layer was an EI-84 steel pipe with a diameter of 30.5 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm, the inner layer was a low-carbon steel pipe (Armco-Fe) with walls 0.5 mm. The outer surface of the welds was covered with lead-tin solder POS 61. Outside, the trap sleeves were put on the pipe end faces and were welded to the outer surface of the pipe by welding them. The pipes were installed in the installation and filled with an inert gas with a pressure f 0.5 MPa. Heating was performed indirectly4

е. повысить качество сварного соединени .by means of a heater cover up to 1060 ± 10 ° С in a golosgti, followed by a curing at a constant temperature of 8 minutes. The output of a batch of 100 tubes was 95.3% of the specified, which is more than 11 7, higher than when working with billet-analogue, and allowed to reduce the expenditure ratio from 1.19 to 1.05. Thus, the use of the workpiece of the proposed design allowed to increase the tightness of the interlayer space and reduce losses, i.e. improve the quality of the welded joint.
Due to the sleeves during the welding process, the melting solder is collected in them, and thus solder ingress is prevented from current-carrying parts of the device, which contributes to an increase in their durability.
