Изобретение может быть использовано в качестве воздухо-воздушного утилизатора теплоты. Цель изобретени  - упрощение соединени  пакета листов теплообменника, выполненных из пластичного материала, с подвод щими и отвод щими коллекторами при одновременном снижении гидравлического сопротивлени . Теплообменник содержит пакет 1. эластичных листов с отогнутыми кромками, соедин ющимис  посредством швов 5 с отогнутыми кромками соседних листов с образованием выпуклых наружу боковых стенок 11 каналов 6 и треугольных выступов 7. Выступы 7 соединены с отгибками в основании пирамидальных коллекторов 9. Охлаждаемый газ поступает через нижний коллектор 9 и отводитс  через верхний, обменива сь теплом через эластичный лист с нагреваемой средой, поступающей через правый и отвод щейс  через .левый коллектор 9. 4 ил.The invention can be used as an air-to-air heat exchanger.
