Description
Изобретение относитс к технологии получени высокодисперсного порошка карбида кремни , используемого дл изготовлени изделий, наход щих широкое применение в космонавтике, энергетике и машиностроении.The invention relates to the technology of obtaining a highly dispersed silicon carbide powder used for the manufacture of products that are widely used in astronautics, energy, and mechanical engineering.
Целью изобретени вл етс повышение дисперсности порошка карбида кремни .The aim of the invention is to increase the dispersion of silicon carbide powder.
Пример 1. Смесь диоксида„ кремни с высокодисперсной сажей (в мол рном соотношении 1:4) и водой брикетируют, сушат в течение 10 ч при 150 С и загружают в графитовый тигель, который помещают в печь.Example 1. A mixture of silicon dioxide with highly dispersed carbon black (in a molar ratio of 1: 4) and water is briquetted, dried for 10 hours at 150 ° C and loaded into a graphite crucible, which is placed in an oven.
The mixture is heated to 1000 ° C at atmospheric pressure of argon, and heating from 1300 to 1400 ° C is carried out at a rate of 1 deg / min in a stream of argon and 10% by volume of hydrogen at a flow rate of 5 l / h5, which allows to maintain furnace space residual pressure of 50 kPa. The duration of holding at 1400 ° C and pressures of 50 kPa is LH. To remove - free carbon, the silicon carbide powder is annealed in air at 600 ° C for - 0 h.
Полученный порошок карбида кремни имеет следующие характеристики: удельоэ соThe resulting silicon carbide powder has the following characteristics:
па поверхность 35,3 м2/г, максималь- ный размер частиц 10 мкм, содержание, мас.% .кислород 0,4; свободный углерод 0,05; Fe 0,05.5PA surface 35.3 m2 / g, maximum particle size 10 μm, content, wt.% oxygen 0.4; free carbon 0.05; Fe 0.05.5
Из полученного порошка SiC с добавками 0,5% и 1% сажи при 2000°С и Ј 1 ч в среде аргона спекают образцы . Их плотность составл ет л/94% от теоретической.ЮSamples were obtained from the obtained SiC powder with the addition of 0.5% and 1% carbon black at 2000 ° C and Ј 1 h in argon. Their density is l / 94% of theoretical.
Результаты примеров 1-6 приведены в таблице.The results of examples 1-6 are shown in the table.
Изобретение позвол ет получить высокодисперсный порошок карбида крем- Йи с удельной поверхностью 30,0- 15 35,3 ма/г, с узкой кривой распределени частиц по размерам, с размерами частиц менее 10 мкм. Снижение температуры синтеза приводит к уменьшению энергозатрат.20The invention allows to obtain a highly dispersed creamy carbide-Yi powder with a specific surface area of 30.0-115.33 ma / g, with a narrow curve of particle size distribution, with particle sizes less than 10 microns. A decrease in the synthesis temperature leads to a decrease in energy consumption.
