Abstract
This invention relates to soldering. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the corrosive effect of flux on solder joints. The flux contains, in wt.%: The polyfluorinated surfactant compound of the formula C5F7OCF (CF3) CONHC2IH6N (CH3), 2, or Cb FtOCF (CF 3) (CF ,,) SOChS 3H6N (CH or their mixture 1-3; rosin 25- 30. Ethyl alcohol else. Flux provides copper soldering coefficient of 1.55. When soldering, the number of solder bridges between conductors of printed circuit boards is sharply reduced. Flux-coated solder joint does not corrode and is not wetted with water.

При более низком его содержании снижаетс активность флюса, что про вл етс в снижении коэффициента растекани припо .The lower limit of the content of polyfluorinated surfactant in the flux is 1%. At its lower content, the flux activity decreases, which is manifested in a decrease in the solder spreading coefficient.
The upper limit of the content of polyfluorinated surfactant is 3%. With its higher content, the solder spreading coefficient also decreases, and consequently, the flux activity decreases.

The number of polyfluorinated surfactants. The solutions are mixed. Get ready to use flux in the form of a transparent, uniform, yellowish liquid
Испытание флюса при пайке печатного монтажа методом движущейс волны припо показало, что применение флюса предлагаемого состава ведет к резкому сокращению количества перемычек припо между проводниками печатной платы (с 20-20 до 2-8).A test of flux when soldering a printed circuit by the method of a moving wave of solder showed that the use of flux of the proposed composition leads to a sharp reduction in the number of solder bridges between the conductors of the printed circuit board (from 20-20 to 2-8).
Polyfluorinated surfactants. offered as an activating additive to alcohol-rosin fluxes, "refer to non-ionic surfactants, do not contain halogen or other corrosive ion, are not electrically conductive, and cannot cause corrosion of the fused compound. The tests for the corrosion resistance of a steam compound by keeping it in the atmosphere with a humidity of 98% at 40 ° C for 15 days showed the absence of corrosion in all the proposed flux compositions. In this connection, there is no need to remove the flux residues after soldering.
гExamples of flux performance are presented in the table. g
