Abstract

Изобретение относитс к хирургии и может быть использовано при ушивании ран печени. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности гемо- и желчестаза. Дл этого кетгутовую нить провод т по диагонали 1 в глубине раны, вывод т на поверхность с противоположной стороны 2. Затем оба конца нити провод т на поверхности печени 3 перпендикул рно оси раны 4, после вкола в паренхиму печени провод т в глубине раны 5 параллельно друг другу и вывод т на поверхность на середине 6 раны с противоположных сторон, после чего их св зывают между собой. Изобретение позвол ет равномерно ст гивать рану на всем прот жении, что улучшает гемо- и желчестаз. 1 ил.The invention relates to surgery and can be used in the suturing of liver wounds.
