The aim of the invention is to increase the accuracy, simplification and acceleration of the method. To achieve the goal, 1-3 µl of solutions containing 0.01-0.05 mol of calcium chloride and sodium oxalate are mixed with urine in a 1: 1: 1 ratio by volume, the exposure is carried out at 36-37 ° C for 7-12 minutes and with an increase in the number of crystals formed by 20% or more compared to the control sample, a decrease in the crystal inhibitory activity of urine is determined. The method allows to significantly improve the accuracy of determination, simple in execution, can be used as a screening test for mass; prophylactic examinations of the population in order to identify susceptibility to urinary diathesis and oil lithiasis. &
Description
This invention relates to medicine and concerns methods of diagnosing susceptibility to developing urolithiasis.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy, simplification and acceleration of the method.
The method is carried out as follows.
Prepared solutions containing 0.01-0.05 mol of calcium chloride and sodium oxalate, 1-3 µl of these solutions are mixed with distilled water in a ratio of 1: 1: 1, incubated for 7-12 minutes at 36-37 ° C and counting the number of crystals formed in the counting chamber (control sample). When determining the crystal-inhibitory activity, the patient's urine is mixed with B solutions of calyx chloride and sodium oxalate in a ratio of 1: 1: 1, incubated for 7-12 minutes at 37-37 ° C and the number of crystals formed in the test chamber (experimental sample) is calculated. With an increase in the number of crystals formed in a test sample of 20% or more, a decrease in the crystal-inhibiting activity of urine is determined by comparison with the control sample.
Example 1. Patient K., 55 years old. Was admitted to the hospital with complaints of pain in the lumbar region on the left. Diagnosed with renal colic. During the examination, a small migratory stone was found in the n / s of the left ureter. In the study of crystalloinhibitory activity of urine proposed

по режиму питани и приему жидкости.the method observed an increase in the formation of crystals in the experimental sample compared with the control by an average of 27.3%, which indicated a decrease in the crystalloinhibitory activity of urine in this patient. Recommendations were made to the patient. On the diet and intake of fluid.
Example 2. Ill L., 28 years. Suffering from urolithiasis. On admission, you have a stone of the left ureter. Under the influence of drug therapy, the calculus left on its own on the 7th day. When determining the crystal-inhibiting activity of urine, an increase in the formation of crystals in the experimental sample was observed by 21.4% compared with the control, which indicated a decrease in

The proposed method has a much higher accuracy, is simple to perform, since it does not require complicated equipment, it can be used as a screening test for mass prophylactic measures.
обследовани х населени с целью вы влени предрасположенности к мочевым диатезам и нефролитиазу, а также дл контрол эффективности профилактических и терапевтических меропри тий при мочекаменной болезни.surveys of the population to identify susceptibility to urinary diathesis and nephrolithiasis, as well as to monitor the effectiveness of prophylactic and therapeutic measures for urolithiasis.
