Abstract
The invention relates to the coal and mining industries and is intended for the tamping of the fixed space of shafts and wells constructed by drilling. The goal is to reduce the cost of the solution by disposing of waste. For this, the cement slurry contains the following components at a ratio of them, wt.ch .: portland cement 100; drilled rock 100-150; the king 150-170. The composition is better known for fluidity, ability to be transported through pipes, is lightweight, stable, non-abrasive, and stratified. The output of the cement stone is 100%, and the latter is waterproof. The introduction of drilling mud into the composition of the solution makes it possible to replace part of the cement and completely sand, improving the basic parameters of the solution. 2 tab.
Description
Изобретение относитс к угольной и горнорудной промышленности, а именно к тампонажным материалам, и может быть использовано дл тампонажа закрепного пространства стволов шахт и скважин, сооружаемых способом бурени .The invention relates to the coal and mining industries, namely, cement materials, and can be used for cementing the fixed space of shafts and boreholes constructed by the method of drilling.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the cost of the solution by disposing of waste.
For the preparation of the cement slurry, parts of cement and cuttings with a specific surface area of 3000–43500 cm2 / g, corresponding in weight, are taken, mixed, and water is introduced. The solution is stirred in a mortar mixer, then its parameters are measured.
Properties of the solutions meet the requirements for cement slurries (Table 1),
Of all the investigated compositions, the proposed composition is better in fluidity, ability to be transported through pipes, it is light, stable, and compared to the prototype it is not abrasive, does not stratify, the output of stones is 100%; cement stone is water-impregnable (1.2 - 1.1 x l Yu m / day), it is possible to reduce the tensile strength of the stone for uniaxial compression during the first 28 days and its subsequent alignment in the later periods. The proposed grouting

раствор с заменой части цемента выбуренной породой характеризуетс достаточными величинами физико-механических характеристик и требуемыми технологическими параметрами.the solution with the replacement of a part of cement with drill cuttings is characterized by sufficient quantities of physicomechanical characteristics and the required technological parameters.
The introduction of drill cuttings into the cement slurry makes it possible to replace part of the cement and completely the sand, improving the basic parameters of the solution. The overall efficiency of the cement composition is evaluated by a set of structural and mechanical characteristics. The solution is mobile, elastic (melt 18-20 cm), can be transported through pipes with the help of all pumps,
