Устройство состоит из корпуса в виде жестко св занных между собой стоек 1, верхней 2 и нижней 3 плит с осевыми каналами под кабель 4. В верхней плите 2 имеетс узел 5 герметизации кабел 4. Верхн плита 2 жестко св зана с кожухом 6, который соединен с промежуточной катушкой 7, установленной на устье 8 скважины под планшайбой 9 с прикрепленной к ней колонной 10 насосно-компрессорны труб. На стойках 1 шарнирно на ос х 11 (с возможностью поворота вокруг них) установлены подпружиненные изогнутые ножи 12. Привод ножей 12 выполнен в виде клиновой-скобы 13 со стержн ми 14 на концах. Стержни 14 св заны между собой планкой 15. Клинова скоба 13 размещена между верхней 2 и нижней 3 плитами. В клиновой скобе 13 имеютс осевые каналы дл размещени в них стоек 1 и кабел 4. В нижней плите 3 выполнены осевые каналы под стержни 14. Клинова скоб 13 установлена с возможностью взаимодействи с наружной поверхностью ножей 12.
