Description

Изобретение касаетс  бурени  скважин большого диаметра и может бьггь использовано дл  резки труб большого диаметра в скважинах. Известны устройства, с помсноью которых можно производить резку труб в скважине. Это механические труборез ки. Принцип действи  таких устройств основан на подаче подпружиненных резцов к отрезаемой трубе за счет гидравлического давлени , создаваемого внутри бурильной колонны, на которой труборезка спускаетс  в скважину l. Недостатком известных устройств  вл етс  то, что дл  эффективной рабо ты наружный диаметр их корпуса должен быть незначительно (на 5-10 мм) меньше внутреннего диаметра отрезаемо трубы. Устройство дл  резки труб боль щого диаметра в скважине, изготовленное по такому принципу, имело бы очен большие габариты и вес, что исключгшо бы возможность резки ниже см той час и трубы при аварийньис работах ввиду невозможности пропуска устройства через см тую.часть труб. Известно также устройство дл  резки труб в скважине, содержащее:кор ,пус й| резец, св занный с приводом J2 Недостатком его  вл ютс  большие габариты и вес, что не позвол ет осуществл ть резку труб ниже см той части трубы. Целью насто щего изобретени   вл етс  уменьшение габаритов устройства при рёзкё труб большо1о диг1метра и обеспечение проходимости через см тую часть труб. У сазанна  цель достигаетс  тем, что устройствоснабжено отклон ющим рычагом , шарнирно св занным с корпусом и установленным с возможностью взаимодействи  одним концом с приводом резца, а другимс.-- с поверхностью трубы. В качестве привода резца установлен забоййый гидрав шческий двигатель. . На чертеже показало устройство дл  резки труб в скважине.
