Abstract

FIELD: invention relates to technology of processing of plastic materials. SUBSTANCE: it makes it possible to reduce consumption of material, to increase quality of articles, to diminish power consumption of process and to enhance resistance of moulds thanks to change of pressure value on material step-by-step in time. Moulding is conducted in the course of time amounting to 0.7-1.0 of value of time of viscous-plastic state of material at pressing temperature under pressure amounting to 0.2-0.4 of value of optimum pressing pressure. Then pressing pressure is raised to optimum one and finally material solidifies under this pressure or after achievement of optimum pressing pressure in the course of 0.3-0.5 of degree of solidification of material. Then pressure is reduced to 0.2-0.4 of value of optimum pressure and solidification is performed under this pressure. EFFECT: reduced usage of materials, increased quality of articles, diminished power consumption, enhanced resistance of moulds. 2 cl, 2 tbl
